BIG4 Caloundra located on the Sunshine Coast, Australia took me on to manage all marketing and design material. We started with the recreation of their website.
Working closely with a development agency in the Gold Coast, I lead the UX and visual design process for the site. We based our site off an exisiting site they had built but I ensured the team we needed to incorporate our own unique elements to provide our target audience a custom experience.
I spent a lot of time traveling to the Sunshine Coast & within this time I get to actively engage with the team on what specific marketing we need to launch going forward. I ran both their Facebook & Instagram accounts scheduling organic and paid advertising campaigns for the park. I also ran quarterly photoshoots with our in-park guests and new guests through social media competitions. This is a great way to engage new guests who haven't stayed with BIG4 Caloundra before.
